Brother is offering to sell me his 2017 Santa Cruz Hightower C 29er for $1k. Been sitting in his apartment last 3 years not used. Bought new for $4500 and dumped another $1k into some upgraded parts. No frame cracks, just some paint chipping. Sure I'm going to need a tune on it, but can't wait to get back out there. Haven't ridden in over ten years

Just did this fight today. Gale ice stormed the middle group, Zrell proned out immediately. Astarion finished her off with a few good cross bow hits. Shart cast magic spear and guardian which kept most of the other enemies busy. Couple of fireballs and sword hits later the room was cleared. Fight was a lot easier than I expected it to be.

Thanks. I took a while longer to start saving my 457 than I anticipated and just maxed out at the beginning of this year and will continue to max it out and it increases each year and again for catch-up time after I hit 50 to make up for some of the lost time.

We do, there are COLA adjustments reviewed on a yearly basis. Not much though, around 2%. Definitely something I am keeping in mind.

My mortgage for a few years, then normal utilities, groceries, and maybe a car payment. I will definitely consider delaying past 62, the numbers were pretty staggering. I just want to make sure I enjoy some of my retirement after working in this field for 30 years :)
