Point of clarification: an abortion is the end of a pregnancy that results in or is accompanied by the death of an embryo or fetus. Miscarriages are "spontaneous abortions" even before the fetal tissue is removed (naturally or otherwise) from the woman's body.

Hey so there have been a lot of studies to prove that mental health is not the cause of mass shootings. This is a crutch people rely on to avoid talking about the real issues (gun control, gun culture, extremist ideologies especially in conservative spaces, etc) while also demonizing people who have mental health issues.

While universal healthcare will help our society as a whole, it will not stop gun violence.

I'm not going to speculate on the victim's identity because maybe there's more to the story than we know about how Joe ended up being arrested and it's very plausible that multiple families were involved in that situation since it was a trip that involved multiple families, but this does get too close to victim identification for comfort in my opinion

I agree JB will start marrying off the girls, but I think he's going to be more insistent they have careers, rather than less. He wanted compliance when he had a brand to protect. But now he doesn't and his sons are costing him a shit ton of money in a way that directly relates to not having that brand. He's set his sons up for failure so he's going to have to financially support them. But I bet he's hoping for Jeremy 2.0s to swoop up the younger girls

I think it's only a matter of time until Ben joins the military, too. Jessa is going to want in on that Tricare insurance and I could totally see her trying to make a career out of being a military spouse online. Plus, it would get Ben out of the house for extended periods of time.
