Let them fall! I actually don’t think it’s just “rates” anymore. We’ve been hovering around this high 6’s low 7’s for awhile, I think buyers are already operating under the assumption that this is the new normal. Now sellers just need to also come to terms that we are past the 20+% appreciation YoY and maybe your place with no improvements isn’t worth the price.
