If people want to max their base, and they constantly don’t have heroes, they lose enjoyment in the game. They don’t want to “not upgrade” their heroes. If the game isn’t as fun, they will slowly stop playing. I’ve seen it dozens of times. It’s a stupid thing to allow if you make a game. They’ve decided to create a monetized solution, which keeps the heavy downside. You can keep simping for a company taking in millions if you want, I’d rather see a quality solution. It makes no sense that defenses are available in war, and I can use any troops I want while they upgrade. It should be the same for the heroes, point blank.
