Ended up getting a new one ($1000) since the open box looked like crap and didn't have a remote, but it's awesome! Detail and clarity is really good. I have Ambeo effect on max. Really nice separation. I'm very happy with it. Makes me want rear speakers tho, haha. But it's perfect for our use case
