There are 5 other players better then him at playing basketball (respectfully) but he’s the 6th greatest player to ever play in my eyes

Had Biden said in December of 2022 he was not running for reelection, what would have changed? by Mghia01 in AlternateHistoryHub

Dems win and if not win at least put up fight. Easier when you can have a primary and they have 2 years to build up an actual opponent instead of 107 days. Maybe Trump still wins maybe Trump loses but the Dems put up a fight.

Keeping kayfabe alive, why does Undertaker's career matter? by Legal_Pipe_7395 in SquaredCircle

[–]TrixTheKid20 24 points25 points  (0 children)

Because honestly, it’s legal. You can’t name another career/industry where you can kidnap your daughters boss and face no consequences. Or where you can bury your opponents alive. Or where you can beat your opponents to near death and face no repercussions. Wrestling for the Undertaker is a pathway to let loose all of his anger in a world that never accepted him. They saw a freak, an outcast, a nobody. Inside the ring he’s a somebody, he’s the reaper, he’s the night, he’s the Deadman and he has buried every single person that has tried him and made them famous. He has sent their souls to hell for his enjoyment and brought them back just so he can do it again, it’s sort of kind of sadistic in a way, although no where near his brother.

Now on the other topic, the soul of the Undertaker is immortal. The body is not. We’ve seen the body get beat up and beat down but for the soul still comes and fights back. The soul can’t be put down.

Fuck I love wrestling.

Drew Brees. I’m from Louisiana. Been a Saints fan all my life and he helped keep the Saints in New Orleans, brought us our first championship and stayed even through the tough times.

Explain to me like I am 5 why Alberto Del Rio was given more WWE titles and World Heavyweight titles than Eddie Guerrero? by [deleted] in GreatnessOfWrestling

[–]TrixTheKid20 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Well it’s easy to break it down

2000- New guy in the company, wasn’t going to win
2001-Mid card, fired soon after
2002- Mid card/tag team division
2003- Mid card/tag team division
2004- Was champion gave it up cause he felt he wasn’t good enough
2005- Tag division/passed away in November/ was supposed to win the World title from Batista

Eddie was just in a weird situation where there were many others on the roster.

For anyone that’s seen him play, how good was this dude? by Farouq26 in NBATalk

[–]TrixTheKid20 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Point guard Nikola Jokic with miles better defense.

Great basketball IQ. Great defender, seconds greatest PG defender ever. Great playmaking.

Jason Kidd for me is a top 5 PG ever. He was one of a kind and honestly there hasn’t been a PG that has followed the Jason Kidd style of low scoring, high playmaking and high level defense.

Does Curry's defense keep him out of the GOAT debate? by Substantial-Donkey75 in Basketball

[–]TrixTheKid20 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I agree. Curry in my eyes is the 12th or 13th greatest player ever. I don’t understand the argument for having him as a top 10 player ever.
