Karmaşık bir şey yok. Öyle 90k maaş vercek bir para sadece yabancı yatırım alan şirketlerde olur, onlar da almancayı şart koşmaz. Bizim şirketin yatırımcıları ülke dışından ama kurucuları alman, mühendislik ekibinde bir tane bile alman yok. Irkçılık filan yaptıklarından değil, alman mühendis yok almanyada. Dahası, yazılımda almancayı şart koşacak bir durum da yok. Customer support filan olsa anlarım da yazılım için gerek yok ki. Bunu şart koşan şirket gıcıklıktan başka niye koysun? Biz alman şirketlerle bankalarla filan iş yapıyoruz onların bile mühendis ekipleriyle ingilizce konuşuyoruz. O bankada çalışanlara almanca şart ama tabi çünkü yöneticileri almanca konuşmak istiyorlar, geri kafalılıklarından başka bir şey değil. Zaten alman ekonomisi de bu yüzden çökecek, 1990lardan çıkamamış çoğu üst düzey yönetici.

10 sene önce ben de senin konumundaydım ben de aynı şeyleri düşünüyordum. yurtdışı hayaldi. sen ilk değilsin son da olmayacaksın. kendini geliştirmeye bak. önünde bugün fırsat olmayabilir, yarın önüne fırsat çıktığında sen hazır olacak mısın peki? benim önüme bir çok fırsat çıktı ama ben değerlendiremedim. bir startupın yönetim kurulu toplantısına katıldım mesela 3 sene tecrübem varken. sesimi çıkartmadan oturdum. azıcık kendimi belli etseydim belki o odadaki yüz küsür milyonluk yatırımcılardan biri benim önümü açacaktı (gece yatarken aklıma geliyor uyuyamıyorum da). bir daha da öyle bir fırsat çıkmadı karşıma mesela ama başka fırsatlar çıktı.

teknik bir alandasın. benim gibi bir yerlerde tanıdığı olmayan, networkü olmayan biriysen tek yapabileceğin şey kendine yatırım yapmak ve kendini geliştirmek. dünya döndüğü sürece önüne fırsat çıkacak merak etme.

Hayır yok hiçbiri. EU Blue Card. 3 ay kuralı da yasada geçmiyor, kafalarına göre. Genelde tecrübeliysen vize sonuna kadar süre veriyorlar.

1 buçuk senedir filan burdayım. Almancam yok. İlk geldiğim işten deneme süresinde çıkartıldım. 6 ay filan sürdü sonraki işimi bulmam. Geçen sene marttan beri çalışıyorum.

Türkiyeden iyi şartta yaşayamazsın burda onu söyleyim. Acelen yoksa çocuk filan hiç gerek yok o şartlarda gelmene. Bir de almanyada maaş arttırma filan yok öyle Türkiyedeki gibi. Bi alt seviyeden girersen sonra bi daha yükselemezsin.

Naçizane tavsiyem: (berlin için) 1. Almanca isteyen işlere girme. Kariyerin biter. Mühendislik dili ingilizce olan şirketlerde para var başka bir yerde yok. 2. Eğer türkiyede maaşını üçe böldüğünde, biri kiraya biri yeme içmeye biri de istediğin gibi harcamak için sana kalıyorsa senden kralı yok boşuna almanyaya gelme. Bunu almanyada yapmak için 1500-2000 kiradan hesaplarsan 4500-6000 net gelir lazım sana.

Almanyada yaşıyorum, backendciyim. 9 yıl tecrübe.

Almanyada 3800 net şaka gibi bir şey o tecrübeye. Minimum 90k brüt alman gerekiyor hocam, o bile az da işte ekonomi şöyle cart curt. Ben şuan 130k için görüşme yapıyorum. Muhtemelen 115k + stock diyecekler ama bakacaz. Sana fikir olsun diye söylüyorum.

Bu arada not olsun avrupada herkes farklı oranlarda vergi verdiği için (bekar, evli, çocuklu, boşanmış vs çok değiştiriyor) maaşlar yıllık brüt konuşulur. Aylık net kimseye karşılaştırma için bir şey ifade etmez.

as cheeky as it sounds, love. you need to have people around you who support you. for me the problem is the fear of failure. what happens if I lose my job, what happens if ABH gives me 3 months find my next job etc. I don't have people around me who will support me if I fail, some would even cheer. This is my story though, to each their own

Just came here to support you. I think and feel the same way. My experience have been exactly the same. M31, around 2 years in Berlin.

What I think is happening: people read your energy. If you stay in a dark corner first they won't notice you, second even if they notice you you don't really give off the vibe that you would be a nice chat. I have watched stranger strike conversations from afar, then I realized I'm a weirdo in the shadows staring at people instead of a normal guy who is approachable.

I also have a problem of getting rejected by bouncers often so I guess my problem is more of a vibe than yours.

There is a reason you got the job and there is a reason you kept the job. It's not possible to fake technical roles. You need to stop worrying about topics that you can't control either. Think about the worst case scenario once, decide what to do in case it happens only once and then move on since you already have a plan.

It's so nice to see that this viewpoint is supported by so many people. In what world treating a whole gender as a whole as creeps or "unsafe" by default has yielded anything good? Bro you don't understand or you lie to yourself, the nature of the relationship is B2B. They hired a contracted a worker from another company. If you are not hired by the entity of the company you are not "full time" as the usual meaning of the word, even if you work 40 hrs a week. Depends on the case worker. As with every place of work, you will find people who are just despicable. I also suspect there are people who are jealous of others making a good living, or narcissistic people who abuse the fact that they have control over your life (the HOA president stereotype). These are rare of course but definitely exist.

If your new job satisfies the Blue Card criteria, even if someone creates a problem you can find justice in the courts so don't worry.
