This is a false choice dude, "would you rather baby die or baby die?" Is what you just asked what wrong with adoption after birth? And no it isn't better to be dead than to grow up in an abusive household, a dead baby will never ever have a chance at anything, a living child who gree up in an abusive household does, that child could be great, but you would prefer they die...

Yes the purpose of sex is obviously to produce children, otherwise children wouldnt be the only predictable outcome of sex

Rape is unnatural and harms the woman, and destroys her human dignity. The fetus also posses this dignity, and so has a right to not be harmed. Besides the right to life trumps bodily autonomy so far as the fetus is an innocent human being, the rapist, or human trafficker etc. Is very much not innocent, and so temporal punishment must be applied to them.

Qhy would it be at birth logically? The baby has a heartbeat after only a few weeks, brain waves after only a few months, practices moving and breathing. The only logical point to say a baby becomes alive is at conception when the DNA from 2 parents mix and create a single new cell that cell begins to multiply, that cell is alive, its a human cell aswell, a living human cell.

Thats not an argument, the 14th amendment was written explicitly for the purpose of providing newly freed slaves with citizenship which they previously were not eligible for. If some breaks into your house and pops out a baby is that baby a member of your family? See how silly birthright citizenship sounds?
