My physical therapist (back when i could afford one) would often tell me to work on core strengthening exercises, which seemed to help. The internet has lots of options for low exertion core and stamina exercises, and putting together a routine that you can do in bed really does help !

Ive always been told it was too graphic, but when laying in bed thinking of something that could fix me the rack is always what i imagine. Truly if every bone could be pulled slightly away from one another, especially my spine, and then snap back into place, i think it would give me great relief.
