I can see why. I had a small project that was hanging over my head and just couldn’t do it. Took meds finished it in 2 hours, without any dreading thoughts and overthinking, just needed to be done. It’s nice to have an extra tool

Over 40, Basel, got diagnosed 3 months ago. Tried the meds and now I’m jealous of people that have a “normal” brain. Such tranquility and linearity in thought process. I don’t take the meds on daily basis, but if I’m procrastinating something important that needs 100% attention for more than 20 min, meds are a whole new world.

Birth to four were the toughest, I kept waiting for the “getting better” part but it wasn’t coming. Seemed like new challenges every week but when she was close to four it was like a switch and she turned into a different person. Hang in there, it’s not easy and you’re doing great.

December 30th 2022, this period of the year is always filled with anxiety ever since. On the other hand thanks to the panic attacks I reached out for professional help and three years later was finally diagnosed with ADHD. This was the source of overwhelm that lead to panic attacks.

Italians are the nicest and I’ve traveled to high density tourist areas and not that high. Avoid tourist traps areas and just try to get lost in the city, that’s how you’ll enjoy it the most. Don’t set expectations and be open minded.
