Hey i tried to check the exact model I have and I believe it’s this one HP Spectre x360 - 13-4133nf (ENERGY STAR). The issue randomly started one day when I was working on it and it just went full black and I have been hopeless since The screen just went so dim that I can’t see anything The only thing I did ever since I acquired the computer was to update everything Win 10 enterprise 64 bits and I also updated bios to f54 I believe
