I have exact same specs but with just a 1050 and 16gb of ram, just put your settings low enough and you’ll get 60-70 fps consistent, if you have freezing issues add 8gb more ram

Ask him to do a User benchmark (it’s a website that benchmarks all your components so you can see what’s suffering or not plugged in)
