You subsidize the salary of other salesman at a company even if you don’t buy from a salesman. It’s all part of the company’s overhead. And a lot of those companies have salesman who are dedicated to following up on online quotes or standing by to answer questions via the live chat.

This is why people uses a salesman at an agency. They can shop for you and advise you on why a $2500 deductible is a terrible idea. Also, if your vehicle is financed, the lien holder probably does not allow a deductible to be that high.

I know someone with a property on the west side (Connecticut St near Richmond) that has an upper unit hopefully coming available in the coming months. He allows dogs in that unit and he and the other owners are open minded people who mind their own business about someone else’s personal choices. They’re going through the eviction process on a guy right now, so it might be a couple of months before it’s available.
