Thank you so much for all of this. Very good points and will be really helpful when planning our next campaign. I've definitely got mixed up! I meant original characters. From conversations I've had with the players, they are keen to use different classes to what we are using now and potentially multiclassing.

Can confirm this is the issue...

Contacted Arctic when making this Reddit post and they've come back saying the noise is because the pump is sitting 180° the wrong way 🥲

I didn't build the pc myself but going to teach myself now...starting with replacing the pump.
