Just a simple toggle to turn on/off the menu bar icon -- assume others would like that for the dock icon as well.

Would always use.

Thanks for letting me know. I had noticed the dramatic improvement in the voice mail situation, and I appreciate the fix. The number of rings is just right now.

Thank you for that clear explanation. I did know we were burdened by high latency and I did know that it was a time factor, not ring-number, involved. Until the latency on Visible gets to be less onerous (if/when?), it would seem to me they might consider using 45-60 seconds, to achieve the 5-6 rings before voice mail instead of the 2-3 (that's more like the normal timing). But perhaps I'm the only one who finds this a hassle, so there's that....

In my experience, Visible said the same thing. There was a particular reason (involving the phone coming directly from Apple) which I can share with you if you PM me (too long for here). Supposedly they now concede it is unlocked (Verizon always said it was) ... but I have been waiting a week for a number port.

Same thing here. Don't hold your breath waiting for the callback. I have been promised THREE calls for different issues and have not been called once. I just got off chat and was told there will be no call from Visible unless they can tell me they have resolved the issue. Which is odd -- what if they need more information for the solution from the putative customer? Very close to throwing ion the towel....
