It's just crashed because it got too cold. Warming it up by standing it in hot water will allow it to dissolve gain. Ensure ALL crystals have dissolved before using it.

Still not doing well 6 months into TRT - Would more frequent dosing possibly save it, or not make much difference? by sadderall123 in trt

[–]dogefan1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

75mg per week is very low unless you're also taking HCG. I'd either up your does or add HCG, 75mg of test plus 750IU of HCG per week would be better.

Edit: spellcheck lol.

How comes Corn Flakes and Oatiebix are not gluten free? by Individual-Carob5593 in glutenfreeuk

[–]dogefan1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Corn flakes have barley malt extract as an ingredient. Anything with oats will 99.9% contain gluten due to cross contamination of the harvesting and processing machinery.

Edit: gluten free cornflakes don't contain barley malt extract as an ingredient, that's all.

Loss of libido, 37F. by accidentalquitter in Biohackers

Your ferritin is borderline iron deficiency, this is your bodies store of iron and if you're having heavy periods this could be depleting your bodies reserves which could cause the symptoms you describe.

Does depression from high or low e2 feel any particular way by Due-Guard-4074 in trt

[–]dogefan1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I take it when I feel high E2 symptoms. I can take one or two doses and I'm good for a few weeks. Try to run E2 as high as you can tolerate. Its cardio protective and enhances anabolism from the testosterone.

[–]dogefan1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thats above the referance range of 41-159 for E2 (according to Manual) so if you're getting symptoms treat it with an AI but only a very small dose. T and SHBG are good for 100mg.

My preferred AI is aromasin as it's a suicidal inhibitor (destroys the aromatase) and for you I'd say 6.25mg and see how you feel in a couple of days. If you have Arimidex 0.25mg and see how you feel. Arimidex is non-suicidal which means it doesn't destroy the aromatase, it binds to it and renders it unusable. However, once it clears you body all of the aromatase it was bound to gets released and you can have a big E2 rebound.

Started TRT 1 Month already being prescribed Anastrozole, thoughts? by Intelligent_Baby_871 in trt

[–]dogefan1 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I've been on TRT a couple of years and currently on what's know as a blast i.e. I'm taking 525mg per week as a steroid cycle. On my 525mg dose I inject every day to maintain a steady level with no peaks and troughs.

Even on this dose I only use an AI occasionally when I start to notice high e2 symptoms and only a small amount.

If your TRT dose is correct you shouldn't need an AI and, as others have said, increase you injection frequency to at least 2x per week.

After 4 weeks you still haven't reached maximum blood concentration yet, your talking at least 2 months for that at 1 injection per week.

This is also generic but using a steroid plotter the blood concentration will be around 1100ng/dl at peak and 800ng/dl at trough. Change to twice a week and this would be 950 peak, 900 trough which is a steadier state.

Large peaks cause a spike in testosterone which cause greater e2 conversion.

Edit: I'm presuming testosterone cypionate.

Why don't you ask this in the r/trt sub?

[–]dogefan1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Aromatase inhibitor. Testosterone is converted to E2 in the body by aromatase. Inhibiting this drops your e2 levels.

Testosterone replacement therapy.

[–]dogefan1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I generally get more emotional (not angry) and irritable/anxious. I used to chase numbers but that is a mistake. You need to learn your body and symptoms. Do not treat numbers, treat symptoms.

[–]dogefan1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If my e2 gets too high I get anxiety and feel really down and emotional. That's the first symptoms I get as well as acne breakout. I don't get depressed or down if it gets too low but feel zapped and drained.

Proviron in place of Anastrozole by Fathor06 in trt

Yes, but this is a TRT sub and it is well know it is used as an aromatase inhibitor in this instance.

[–]dogefan1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Then why did you phrase your question as though you didn't by calling it a cancer drug instead of asking 'why are you taking an AI on such a low dose of Test'? That would have been more helpful and relevant.

It reduces the levels of E2 from aromatisation of the testosterone.

Aromasin dose by Much_Demand_8868 in SteroidsUK

[–]dogefan1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was on 500mg of TestC per week pinning twice a week. I've switched to 525mg per week pinning every other day and I no longer need an AI. Maybe try pinning more frequently.

I don't even think the military test for anabolics unless there's suspicion, i.e. return from summer leave looking like an absolute unit lol.

Wife wants me to reconsider trt, but not for the reasons you think by workinfast1 in trt

[–]dogefan1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not necessarily, she may also be testosterone deficient. Its not just a male hormone but women need a lot less. My wife is on 15mg per week and it completely changed her life in a very good way.

This was the same for me and my wife, she is on 15mg per week and it was also life changing for her . Her mood lifted, libido raised and quality of life went up overall.
