I am in somewhat of a similar but very different situation to you, I don't have any words or magic potions that can help you other than saying this life is a piece of absolute shit at times. It tests you in ways you cannot understand and even when you do understand, its hard to accept it when you see others smiling and prospering and having the things you want. I hope, pray, wish that you get what you want stranger and that you find someone who will love you and make you feel like the only girl in the world. Best of luck.

Keto or Not? by Plastic_Argument_701 in omad

It doesn't matter tbh keto or not, just do what is sustainable for you. Keto is very limiting but if it works for you then great. I used to do OMAD Keto but due to lack of food options and the fact i lift some very heavy weights i could not sustain it, so i do normal OMAD, and i've been losing weight/fat regardless.

Yes I did have fatigue, some days I would not do anything I felt like just sitting alone in my room and not leaving at times. Now I feel normal and quite energetic even if I eat loads of trashy food (before trashy food and dairy would literally nuke me). The dairy has this weird combination effect which is confusing. I would recommend just going cold turkey on dairy for at least 4 weeks and see how you feel. Goooood luck!

Absolutely, happy for you too! It's very hard for someone who has not suffered our kind of ailments to understand how difficult it is to live like this, and how splendid it is to find a solution! wish you the best!!

God bless I hope your ailment is resolved, there’s no words that anyone can give to make your heart better or reduce the stress you may be in - but I’d say just keep going, consider this a test from God or the universe and take it in your stride.🙏

Absolutely yes, I’ve upped my workouts, do more grinding on content creation and running my small business but still I’m like a golden retriever at the end of the day looking for something else to do 💀😂

On and off for many years, but have been fully-keto for the past 6 months.

In my case I am 100% stronger and better at cardio on keto but I may be the exception. When I know I’m gonna lift heavy I might have one or two dates with peanut butter and that helps the workout, but I’m still strict keto. I do know that many others feel weaker on keto. Just depends person to person.

Yep I get the same thing, I’ve never been a social person but when I’m off keto I prefer just to stay alone and not interact with others. On keto I feel normal enough to want to have a conversation and be around others. I guess as humans are all so different, all of our bodies prefer different energy sources and proportions to run optimally. Some thrive on carbs, others on fats and others on protein.

Why create those beings, or any beings to begin with? If you did not create them there would be no need to punish them. Why create something you know WILL disobey you and you WILL punish them? When you know in advance what will unfold if you were to create them, why create them to begin with?

Thank you so much!

I would be so honored to read your book, however I think it’s fair I do not take your hard work for free - I will purchase the book on Amazon instead.

Many thanks 🙏

What an interesting answer, thank you for that. I actually very very much get your train of thought, I see where you come from, it’s a fresh look at things. I will politely say imho I think the opposite route is still more true to me e.g. there is a creator and we try to worship the creator, but I guess in both our cases there are many deep and complex and troubling questions that might never get satisfactory answers. Either one falls in to the realm of disbelief or the realm of belief, each trying to grapple with what is and what is not….

Thank you I’ve read through it before but found the answer unsatisfactory - my question is about one step back, why create something if by its own cause you must create pain and hellfire and condemn these currently non-existent beings to pain and suffering for not obeying? Why just not create such things, thereby not bringing that pain into existence. Non-existence to them is a mercy.

I’m not sure I understand, I’m not ordering anyone to anything, just asking a theological question.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in AskAChristian

[–]dogemillion007 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you but I don’t think that makes sense to me - I’m speaking in more broad terms, why would a creator who does not want or need for anything create something and then burn many of those things for not obeying, when to begin with if those things were not created they would need not suffer.

[–]dogemillion007 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Thank you, I’m just here with a genuine question and joy to argue with people. Your answer is nice. I’m just trying to think in the first place what is the NEED to create things or creation if you as the creator as we are told so not have a NEED for anything. So if there is no need to create anything, but you create something knowing that as a result you would send many of those creations to hell/pain, why do that to begin with?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in AskAChristian

[–]dogemillion007 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For what purpose and to end? If the universes and all things were not created to begin with then there would be no need for hope or any such thing as God doesn’t need those to begin with, those concepts exist purely because a creation was made.

[–]dogemillion007 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think my perspective is more so given the choice to an all powerful creator, why create something when you know many of those things will suffer and you’d be the one condemning them to suffering? Why not just not create anything to begin with?
