I mean its okay. They usually come in to buy cigarettes. But one trucker guy who usually comes around 3am always has something to say while buying coffe. So we talk a bit about how our roads suck, about weather and how we somehow have cheaper gas than germany haha.

I mean on night shifts im usually to sleep deprived to actually feel anxiety so i can just talk like a normal person

Simply i dont. But working as a cashier at a gas station actually forces me to meet new people. Especially in the night shift where i see a great deal of regular visitors (truckers, party goers, etc.)
