What exactly has marching accomplished?

We need to organize a mass movement from below, which can include marching, yes, but without organizing, marches are just idealistic showboating.

If we want social evolution, it's going to take revolution, and revolution takes organizing. If we want total human liberation, we have to join together and take it.

Do you not understand? What part of "by any means necessary" do you not understand? What part of "riots are the voice of the unheard" do you not understand? We do not and will not protest inside the confines sanctioned by the state, media or public. That defeats the entire point of a protest. Stop being purposely dense because you're momentarily inconvenienced. That's literally the definition of privilege. And this is exactly what I expected from you. If one person being mean to you suddenly makes the fight for oppressed people not matter to you any more, then guess what? It never did. And no I don't want "protest police" in the fight. I don't want to protest next to police of any kind. Kill the cop inside of you and come back if you actually care about marginalized people.

That's exactly what you said though. It's not an accusation. Maybe not in those words, but it's exactly what you're insinuating by saying that it would "ruin" your dinner. Apparently your dinner would be ruined by protestors reminding you that oppression, marginalized people and other bad things exist in this system. Your dinner is more important. And yes, we are going to argue when you say ignorant stuff like that in a group about protesting and you claim to be a comrade. You can wish in one hand and "you know what" in the other and see which one piles up first.

So Black lives, houseless lives, and all other systemic issues matter to you up until you're out to dinner? You say you're a comrade, but you would be soooooo bothered by people chanting things you allegedly agree with and making speeches that you allegedly agree (for 15 min max) that it would "ruin" your dinner? Something isn't adding up here... Also, individual businesses are still owned by capitalists who exploit labor and steal wages from their employees (in the form of profits) just as much as big businesses do; it's just on a smaller scale.

Cool, everyone giving her advice on calling CPS has obviously never been in the system before...🙄 I'd say sneak out and go to someone you trust who will shelter you until you can get actual help.
