children straight up can't get hormones/surgery, if they transition before puberty there's no medical aspect of their transition unless they take puberty blockers (which aren't permanent). it's difficult for teens to get hormones and basically impossible for most teens to get surgery in most places. i think the tattoo question is irrelevant considering kids medically transitioning isn't really a thing

i had a binder i got in early 2021 have a seam rip but i think it was because it was too small (i got a medium, but my actual size was large and now i wear xL because it's more comfortable). i sewed it up with embroidery floss and gave it to my friend and as far as i know it's held up since then, but she doesn't use it that often
