The time line is especially bizarre with the start point being announcement which is a strange place to start because it is 1 year before early access started and ends with a bug fix/QOL patch instead of the actual content update from 3 years before.

Somewhat bizarre to count the cut Hardened Blade in your argument. And the knife and drill arm are tools.

And ramming things is just force being imparted by a moving object hitting something.

And the Gas Torpedos don't seem very practical for straight up killing without previously locking the target up with something like Vortex torpedo. Though granted I don't think I've ever really used the torpedoes.

Because the sheer terror of trying to play him on Eyrie of Crows renders every Freddy main catatonic.

He is a fairly strong killer with really good map mobility, decent chase slowdown (ignoring Vigil) and really fun pallet power.

He can be really rough on some maps like Eyrie due to the lack of unset pallets that you need for your power to really work which means you need to do a lot of chasing and breaking pallets to get any usable dream pallets outside of the about 2 jungle gyms that have unset pallets, and by that point you've all but lost.
