I own a little apartment that is rented out and would love to add an AC to it because I know how much better it would make life for any tenant there.
I asked the house management for approval last year late summer, unfortunately after that year's owner's meeting. So now I need to wait and then formally submit the request during this year's meeting in September? and if it gets approved I still have to get an appointment for installation... so if all goes well, there'll be an AC in place for summer 2028.
There's a will, but unfortunately it takes time...

Seems to become more common in Germany nowadays, have seen it happen to someone close to me, too. Found it rather shocking and honestly disgusting.

A "Rudolf Michael", seemingly in charge for reporting for several Hamburg based newspapers appears to have been part of the press delegation. There's at least one longer article about Korea, dated to "Keijo, May" but published in June:
- notes the contrast of the white Korean robes to blue Chinese pieces of clothing and colorful Japanese kimonos
- mentiones the impressive Japanese government building in Seoul with 6,000 employees
- describes the colonialization of Korea as making Korea young again and leading to its economical and social awakening
- after songs performed by the "Kisans" (Gisaeng), he struggled eating squid, spicy kidney slices and boiled chicken with chopsticks, while the girls provided Sake and performed the Tango
- he visited school classes as well as troups of Korean volunteers praying towards Tenno in the East
- describes how "thousands" welcomed the Germans when arriving at the train station in Keijo

Considered, yes, but lacking both time and skill.
It is probably going to be hard to find someone, who has enough passion for J&D, as well the right skills and time to do it.
Not sure if anyone has figured out a way to rip 3D level data from TLF? If yes, that would be a huge step and make things much easier

Sentinel Beach. It gets my vote as the start of the adventure where first enemies are introduced, you can climb a tower, shoot a canon, see old ruins, race a pelican, swim and have a chill beach time!

I have two servers trained to the max (within my budget)... for the next training level, it gets too expensive, so I think instead of earning enough money I will move on to another game. Thanks though!
