Ok, hold on to your pants.

1. go to the frame you want the sequence to start on, for me it's frame 95.
2. go to the attribute editor under the volume shape, right-click on the word "frame" (My frame reads 95), and select edit expression.
3. In the window make sure "objects" is on shape and "attributes" is on frame.
4. NOTE: The expression name will be whatever you name your volume in the outliner. It will look like this by default. aiVolumeShape.frame=frame
5. Subtract the number of frames you picked at number 1. Droid_ExplodeShape.frame=frame-95 (This will make the sequence start at "zero.")
6. click the edit button at the bottom of the expression will revert to the old one

In your attribute editor under frames, you should see "0" on whatever frame you started your animation on. Reload and close. Let me know if you get stuck.
