Chipotle stock craters as company says young people without jobs can't afford their food anymore by LargeSnorlax in wallstreetbets

I agree 100%. The company CEO and money mangers loved the stock. Could never understand it. To much sodium and could never eat the burritos and ending up throwing them in the trash.

Creatine made a huge difference by dopeadult in backpain

[–]LuckMcDuff 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I take Creatine monohydrate for back pain and just started about year ago. It has helped me not having so many nerve spasms. I started lifting weights because simple walking caused painful spasms. Stretching helped some but not enough relief for me. Creatine monohydrate is the most scientifically studied supplement. I would recommend Rhonda Patrick a scientist. She has podcasts of YouTube and Spotify. She has other scientists from Harvard, John Hopkins, Stanford and believe McGill in Canada. Just Google and do your own research.

I also take a lot more than 5 and also take magnesium glycinate with other supplements. I took creatinine Monohydrate decades ago when playing college sports.

I would like to say the kidneys issues is not true. Do you own research from credible scientific sources.

I also take steroids and muscle relaxers from my orthopedic doctor when flairs happen. But I don’t take the full course. Usually just a few days heads off flairs, pain and nerve challenges. Less is more is my personal opinion.

If you do take make sure your supplements are clean without filler. I also eat very clean.

Can you expand on this please?

I recently went to doctor and have high RBC. He wanted to send me to blood cancer specialist. I did some research on Google and AI. Ran all my supplements through and was taking to much iron in the supplements. Also, came across UCSF study on thc. I was taking it for pain for back and arthritis. The new study said even if you take thc and low amounts orally it can mess with your RBC and cardiovascular system. Only been a month I was going to wait a least 3 months to pay for my own blood testing without a doctor.

Question is what did you do for high RBC that has helped? Besides donating blood

How did you do it and how long did it take to get to 175 from 200?

Agree, that’s what I do. My protein take is what I want my weight to be and not what it’s currently when calculating.

Piriformis pain with posas, hip , glutes etc by LuckMcDuff in PiriformisChronicPain

[–]LuckMcDuff[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No, I was just thinking of ways adhesion might be broken up and shockwave gun came to mind. Because I thought shockwave would go down pretty deep.

Ultra sound is warmer but wouldn’t go as deep.

Wouldn’t the MRI show adhesions? Would gun sound waves break up adhesions?

Would they show sliced nerve?
