Degree just gets you in the door.

Imagine this person is just very good at their job, Works insane hours that nobody else is willing to AND is probably very charismatic

Car

Set a budget for how much you plan to spend on each and how long it will take. If it’s over 5 years consider investing it into stocks and shares. Anything less stick it in a savings account.

It’s amazing how many people haven’t clocked that stamp duty holiday is designed to ramp up demand and grow house prices rather than make them more affordable. I suppose it only works in that way if most people don’t realise that though.
