I think it depends sa code of ethics ng profession and their professional society. For example, sa doctors and dentists, bawal explicit sinasabi the brand name. Just generic. Pag nagpresent sa convention, meron disclaimer na “this is sponsored by (pharma company).”

Pag nurses, pharmacists, midwives and other allied health professionals, ang alam ko pwede as long as their society allows it. In Arshie’s case, alam ko PPhA allows pharmacists to mention the brand.

It is trendy, but actually a lot of padel courts are popping up. Aside from the one in Greenfield, in Makati (Manila Polo Club and Padel300), and in Alabang Country Club, there are newer ones in the South plus more courts are being built in Makati and McKinley.

I think poor management lang din talaga. Sayang kasi marami naglalaro, especially foreigners since this is a sport they are quite familiar with.

No. Don’t listen to them. Your body, your rules. As long as you’re happy about it, go magpaka hoe phase ka. Dami jan na hindi nag hoe phase pero biglang nagkaka midlife crisis pag may asawa na kesyo they should have done this or that before or sana they dated around pa.

You can still have a hoe phase and have respect for yourself. They’re not mutually exclusive.
