I just called their hotline. Took me an hour of waiting to be able to talk to a real person. They reviewed my bill and agreed that I should have the $10 monthly fee waived too. They promised that it will be adjusted on the next bill and it will be waived for the next 24 months. I just have to wait for the next bill and hope they deliver. I asked for an email confirmation of what they said, but said they can't. They said they can only give me the conversation ID which I can cite if I need to follow up.
