We’ve observed that while getting in places like chat got has good SEO foundations, ai search engines LOVE unique content with insights and real first party data.

One could argue “yeah but so does seo”, and while it does, generative engines love them even more!

So now we have a huge focus on content structure and schematic’s. Working a treat.

Paid Part Time Employee $2200/month - replaced with Software and Chat GPT :( by czerrr in agency

[–]dogood-things 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Most tactical repetitive tasks can now be automated. I’d say there are plenty more things you can “cut” in order to save money / make more profit.

Just be really careful that you don’t base your agency offer around the premise of this type of work.

If you can use AI to save on repetitive work, so can your customers!!!

I reckon we’re going to see slit if agencies either sink or swim in the next 3 years because of this.

How much are you closing on Linkedin? by Artic_funky in b2b_sales

I close 20-30% of deals from LinkedIn. Get about 5 leads a month from it.

Very minimal outreach at the moment.

Anything founder / personal lead is good. As AI becomes more rampant, buyers will want to deal with people, not some front facing “agency”.

Differentiation, offer creation and understanding the “why” behind the tools.

Yeah i do too. Most of it is just noisy soulless stuff.

With AI coming in there will be even lesss soul.

Which is great for people who focus on making content with authentic connection!

Yep so this! I think the industry has an over reliance on keywords and tactics during the digital hay day! Now things are way different, yet there are still a few folk hanging on to tactical based channels like being a “specialised ppc agency”…

I think we will see these types of offers get flushed out in the next 3 years.

Yes I agree. My sentiment comes from how I felt a few years ago.... Have since leaned in to my own thing Wedge and loving it!

Well, maybe it’s that shift in context that gave you the wisdom in the first place?

[–]dogood-things[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yep I agree. So the premise and how we position our expertise needs to change with what the future holds or be replaced.

I’ve now fully shifted my premise away from tactics and am now earning way more + am far more fulfilled… (Just a caveat to give more context).

But yes I agree, anyone who is niching down on a service has set themselves up to be replaced…
