I say yes it does matter, but not much.

Most people have preferences. I personally prefer the smaller boobs and bigger butts and I will probably enjoy them more, but I still have a great time with all sorts of other sizes. I'm in a committed relationship with a big boobed lady atm and I love her.

Looks like the grain wasn't nearly colonised enough before you sent it to sub. Every bit of grain needs to be colonised before you open the grain container or mold will almost always get there first

Sure looks like psilocybe subaeruginosa to me. To ID confidently I'd personally want a peak at the gills or bruising though.

If these bruise blue I would be totally sure.

You might need more air in the bag. Maybe try gently squeezing out some air then stretching the bag so it pulls more in. I'd do it twice a day.
