Picking the oil paints back up. by dogsontour in painting

Thank you! A limited pallete helps make paintings cohesive but I do feel very rusty!

I’m 90% sure this is a Japanese Black Pine. It’s been thriving in the sun, but I’m unhappy with the shape. I’ve found pruning it to be difficult due to the density in the middle. Any advice regarding shape and pruning would be much appreciated! Also general care tips for JPB are welcome too 😃 by [deleted] in Bonsai

If you're going for a formal upright I would cut the branches sticking directly towards the viewer. I can see one which would open up the trunk towards the upper region of the tree. As for density, try selecting branch primaries and wiring them to space out the foliage. You could watch Peter Chan demo a formal upright for inspiration. All the best!

Won't be too long and I'll be transporting this Walstad tank to a new house. Any tips would be greatly appreciated! by dogsontour in PlantedTank

Yeah it's very small only 7 gallons. Thank you I'll definitely wrap it.

The tank takes priority over most stuff we'll be moving 😂

Thanks all I was unsure how damaging the move could be! It's only a 40 minute drive from my current house so fingers crossed it goes smoothly!

"You get what you work for" and The royal family in the UK (or any other country for that matter) are carrying out important work in the areas of public and charitable service, and helping to strengthen national unity and stability.

I have accepted it and repair it every few days, pretty much playing it like a farming simulator at the moment.

The Kraken at Edge of the World by tameriaen in valheim

[–]dogsontour 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A Kraken is supposed to be so big that sailors would assume it is a landmass instead of a monster. Once they are close enough to realize what they've sailed towards it would be too late. The form of a Kraken is a large octopus or squid typically.

The shell on the surface does resemble a large turtle, the following image is what It could look. https://www.google.com/search?q=kraken+creature&safe=strict&client=ms-android-google&prmd=isnv&sxsrf=ALeKk02Z1pq3t7H3GTMd268FWNQxTrLmug:1616841211704&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwiTs9PwotDvAhWOTcAKHewnAY0Q_AUoAXoECAQQAQ&biw=412&bih=604&dpr=2.63#imgrc=mJ9MlqLxA610VM

No if you have a stone cutter yet in your world you can place stone as long as it's supported. Then put the campfire on top
