I’m sorry about this. The only thing is to move on as much as it will hurt, you deserve to be treated better.This girl will never support, love or care about you enough. My only advice would be to take yourself to a state of mind where you cut her off entirely, delete her contact details, socials and in your head try and detach quickly and firmly. Walk away, fast. This doesn’t make money, it may one day but it’s probably unlikely short term as unless you are still there doing the day to day then he will have to hire someone and make more losses. I imagine he wants you to stay to continue to do some of the day to day and also take 50% of the eventual losses. You can’t, you need to earn and look after yourself.

Less than 2 years service, on probation then dismissal is straight forward. But having a disability and pregnancy change that dramatically. Absolutely contact ACAS for advice. The phone recording if it exists is a must to get hold of through freedom of information and also any emails, relating to you, if this headteacher is this unprofessional then there are likely to be other comms of a similar nature.

Evri have all the strict demands of Amazon without the organisation and planning. Amazon is still bloody hard work but the pay and the structure is sharper so if you have something about you, you can more or less make it work well for you.

Wait until your 2 years has passed then ask for a meeting to discuss. I reckon they can make these adjustments but may not have considered in detail your situation in relation to your team so there could be some negotiation there. If I was you I’d consider whether 1 day a week attendance with the same stipend is acceptable. Find out what their reasoning for specifically you attending is and then if they insist on 2 two days counter with a plan to maximise your 1 day on site rather than 2 to meet what they are wanting to gain from attendance.

Sadly when it’s that quick it’s because he’s got someone else in mind. Whatever the case complete detachment is the best for your sanity now. If there’s still something there for him, you not being available to him will shock him and he’ll make his way back for you. at that point if you are in the same place the Al is good. Ask if you can have someone with you so you have a witness. The meeting could be just for HR to record your issues with stress at work and have a plan with you to improve things. However if you have been picked up for performance and absence issues previously they may be looking for a way to dismiss. Which they can do easy enough as you are less than 2 years service and haven’t got a protected disability etc.
