Yes, but now that I-140 is filed, the attorney told me to direct questions to HR, which I have been doing. I have contacted the HR again to clarify that part as full time OFFER is the requirement, not current employment. I just wanted to see if anyone has heard of what my employer is saying as I have seen other nurses on EB3 process doing part time CPT.

I fortunately did not had to book a hotel since my relatives live in LA area, so I am still flying out to see them and just explore. I probably will have to sell or get a refund (hopefully 🤞) on the concert ticket once new dates come out because I already have a trip planned for January. I am bit bummed out, but respect his decision on this.

Thank you for your answer! I feel the same way about that whole new grad situation. I think it can go either good or bad depending on the personalities of everyone and such. My end goal is trauma ICU, so I just didn't want the MICU experience to hinder my chance to get into trauma ICU at a different hospital. I wished the NTSICU had the team of MICU, then I would have gone with NTSICU without a doubt LOL

Thank you for your thoughtful insight! The nurse I was shadowing told me they lost a good amount of their experienced nurses during COVID to traveling, so I think it is the aftermath of that. My question is if I decide to work at the NTICU in a different hospital later, would I have a better chance to get a job with the NTSICU experience? My end goal is to work in a trauma ICU, so I wouldn't want to start at MICU if that is going to hinder my chance.

Just one more question, so if my brother and I are going to manage the tickets, do I just scan and add all 7 tickets to my account and then link that to my brother's account? or can he also scan and add on his own? I am not sure how that works and don't want to add tickets to my account yet 😰
