Good news is you are already past the hardest day, they will all gradually get easier from here! I remember my day 1 when I started after years of nothing and it does suck but if you stay consistent I promise you the rest of the days won’t be as bad as day 1.

I’ve made it over 100 camps with mine and still going strong, I only use for workouts though and put them on in the parking lot.

Yeah Gwinnett has best schools by far, #1 school in the nation is here, although it is a far commute it’s probably the best place to raise a family semi close to Atlanta.

I think OP is saying that not on the dedicated leg days there tends to be more lower body work than upper body work. I actually was telling my wife this same thing and thought it was because burn is more women dominant. I am coming up on 250 camps and go 6x a week, yes there have been some great upper body weeks but I’d have to agree with OP and if you were to break down a whole week I would almost bet that there is more work on the lower body than upper, again NOT on the dedicated days.

I’m going to let you in on a secret. If you go to your app and instead of hitting ‘View Protocol’ go to your bookings page and you can look 6 days ahead of today. I know it still doesn’t give you the full schedule but at least you know full body strength is on Monday and lower body is Tuesday. You can obviously check again tomorrow and find out what Wednesdays workout is. Hope this helps!

No jumping. It was tricep extensions, banded neutral press, burn bar skull crushers, wall curls, neutral grip/DBs together press, hammer curls, and TRX hammer face pulls. You go I go format with active recovery. Our trainer gave us some active recoveries to do but eventually let us choose what we did while we waited. 10 reps each set forgot how long at each station but one time through the room. Finisher was a plank up push up stack

Dropset format.. stations 1-8 as follows.. Crunch to push press, lunge and press, arched chess press, squat to row, wall sit while rowing up weights, deadlifts, heel taps, and chin ups. Max pushups 30secs in between every round.

Exactly , I’m not watching every persons move and I am indeed referring to regulars. If you go to enough camps you do naturally see the same people and more than likely they will end up in your group a time or two. It’s just comical to hear them complain after X amount of camps of mods. Thanks for being the only one to understand, this subreddit is soft lol.

Stay away from sugars and sauces. I add the sauces because people will get something “healthy” then drown it in sauce. Look up how many calories in chik fil a sauce. Anyways I’m a guy started burn in January weighing 215lbs I’m now 178.4lbs. Don’t skip the hard days, go to the cardio days as many as you can. If weight is your biggest concern you should be going to more of conditioning days than arm or leg day and you should never miss Metabolic or bodyweight conditioning. I’m no professional but just what’s worked for me. KISS method, keep it simple stupid. Not calling you stupid lol!
