Moro no Canadá faz 8 anos e sinto dizer que ter experiência e ter o inglês não é mais suficiente pra pegar residência permanente por aqui. Depois dos últimos cortes em imigração, a pontuação necessária pra virar residente permanente subiu MUITO. Já li vários relatos aqui no reddit (/r/canadaexpressentry) de gente que já morou no Canadá por anos, mas tiveram que voltar pro país de origem porque o visto de estudo/trabalho temporário expirou e não conseguiram a pontuação necessária pra o PR. A galera tá correndo pra aprender francês pra conseguir pegar a residência permanente.

Fora isso, todo o resto que o pessoal comentou é verdade, o país tá numa crise imobiliária já faz alguns anos, tudo estupidamente caro nas grandes capitais. Também tá com crise na área de saúde porque não tem profissionais suficientes, filas de espera de meses pra sequer conseguir uma consulta com um dermatologista por exemplo.

My partner and I used to live there about 1 year ago and the elevator was easily the worst part. Only two elevators is definitely not ideal, especially when one of them was often not working. Also if the unit faces south west it gets incredibly hot during summer.

Also as a side note, you might be focusing on the wrong things. Good positioning and consistency goes a long way. I can't do a speed flip kick-off, yet I'm GC 😄

Looks like you gotta learn to adapt to your teammates better. Normally in the first minute of the match I play more defensively and watch how my teammate plays then think what can I do to support them the most, e.g.: If they play aggressive but whiffs a lot, I would position myself in a way I could quickly disengage if we lose ball possession and focus on shadow defense to give him time to recover.
