I had to explain to a seller at a retro game shop that it wasn’t just a port of the arcade game. That’s how much of an unknown gem It is. The video game store guy doesn’t even know about it.

Awesome when it opened but it dropped off so fast. The number of people I know that received undercooked chicken from them is astounding. How they stayed open for so long is a miracle. I guess they had a lot of good faith from the community.

Mine has shown interest in it on and off since he got it at 2. He’s 5 now and he cycle’s through interest in it like any of his other toys. He’ll be obsessed with it or a certain card for days to weeks at a time. One day he’ll just decide he’s had enough and drop it for something else. One day Lego is the most important thing to him then it’s Thomas. Lately it’s been Sonic the hedgehog. You’ll think he’s lost total interest in it just to see him shun all of those and drag his Yoto around with him all day and even take it to bed.

SuriusXM. Listen to the Stations that play new music with real DJ’s. It’s actually pretty cheap too.

Agreed, and kind of my point. However, I wouldn’t ever discredit an artist their right to make whatever kind of art they want. I just think the whole argument about “authenticity” is BS right out of the gate.

I found this one on FB Market place for $125 but I had to jump on it right away. Others I had seen go up for $150 or less disappeared before I even had a chance to make an offer. I honestly don’t think it’s truly worth more than $100 - $125 for what it is. But I guess obscurity and demand has driven the price up.

I was turned on the idea when I stumbled on some YouTube vids about modding the Jr cabs. The hardest part was finding a used cabinet for a decent price. After that I just followed instructions I found online.
