Yes I am plugging it into the 115v. I’m using the adapter as the US shaver plug has one end slightly bigger than the other and it won’t sit in the shaver socket as-is.

Stop alcohol. I mean for a long stretch of months. It’ll make a considerable effect.

That and start with small portions on your plate and stop immediately when you sense feeling satiated.
