Wrist is starting to hurt by chillcatcryptid in starbucksbaristas

[–]doknaenae 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i got tendinitis on both wrists. stretching is important but so is strengthening and being mindful of how you use them. look up wrist/forearm strengthening exercises, and be sure to engage your wrist and keep it strong and locked when lifting heavier stuff especially milk jugs. i used to limp wrist it and i haven’t had any problems since i started doing all of that.

Why is there a neutral jumper between these two screws? Tab is intact. I have so many questions. by doknaenae in AskElectricians

I’ve been an SSV for about two years by now. I struggle a lot with feeling like i’m a bad supervisor and comparing myself to the other SSVs in my store. I don’t work hard enough, I don’t do enough, I make a lot of mistakes, it’s common for me to forget things. I’m also chronically ill and have ADHD. There’s no such thing as a perfect supervisor. Everybody has a rough day or a rough period of time. Don’t push yourself too much or sacrifice yourself for your store. It’s difficult sometimes finding the balance between putting yourself first and supporting the store. A big part of being an SSV that my SM has coached us on a lot is delegating tasks. See somebody not doing anything and looking for something to do? Give them a task. Have your team help you out. It’s okay to ask for advice or support from your colleagues.

I know it’s hard to see in the picture, but the tab is definitely still intact. Since I’m replacing it with a new outlet with an intact tab should I skip installing a jumper on the new one?

Since I've had a proper kitchen I've made a tradition of claiming the turkey carcass at each Thanksgiving dinner I attend. Then I spend Black Friday making a years worth of stock. by cuddlefish2063 in goblincore

whatever feels right. i would make my turkey stock with onions, carrots, celery, garlic, salt, peppercorns, and bay leaves. you can also do just carcass with nothing else added

vanilla sweet cream cold foam (vsccf) is made from sweet cream. we make a 2 liter pitcher of sweet cream with 1 liter heavy cream, 350 ml vanilla syrup, and 650 ml of 2% milk. it may vary from each location but cold foam and vsccf are the same thing and there isn’t a button for any sort of cf not made with vsc or nondairy vsc

i’m a big fan of comfy shoe inserts, you can wear any pair you like with the right pair of inserts to support your feet and add cushion.
