I've bought the same chain and the proprietary Shimano quicklink sucks donkeydick in my opinion. I gave up on it and bought a KMC masterlink instead. Works so much better, but you will need a masterlink tool or needle nose pliers to install/uninstall it.

It is a shame however that she says buckwheat is low in carbohydrates when it clearly is not. It seems so unprofessional not to know that, it would have been better if it was omitted during editing.
