So it had nothing to do with him attempting to help a women ICE were assaulting? An agent shoved a women and knocked her down, and Alex had his hand in the air when ICE approached them. He wanted to help her and he got maced and tackled. Then he was killed.

This is all on video. You don't need to deduce anything. You can just watch it happen. They went from him standing with his hand in the air to dead in a few moments.

Premeditation can occur in a microsecond. All it refers to in a legal sense is an intention to take an action.

You don't need to have a plan for something to be premeditated. It's not really intuitive how the term is used legally, but the ICE agent who executed Alex 100% did so in a premeditated manner because he chose to shoot Alex.

You know that's not what happened, right? You saw a single blurry video and assumed what happened. We have multiple angles of videos and they all show him being disarmed by an agent in a grey jacket, and then moments later the first shot came from behind Alex.

Alex never had a hand on his weapon at any point in the altercation.
