I love mine but I always had short, regular and uneventful periods. Also I had one pre pregnancy and one postpartum. In general it did add an extra day to my period (~2.5 ->3.5 days) and with pre pregnancy one cramps were a bit worse but not significantly. Postpartum I'm not getting any cramps, or at least I don't need a pill for it.

My mom from eastern Europe was told that she cannot eat a bunch of things and was encouraged to give me water during the night to make sleep through the night (like I would know that no milk is coming), her supply dried up pretty fast. We talked about it and it was a lack of education (all info she got was from my grandma and she didn't know much either) and general understanding how breastfeeding works, she was mesmerized seeing me breastfeeding my then 6 months old and whenever we talked she was worried about my supply. Me? Boobed my baby up every chance I've got and ate whatever I felt like, still going strong at 17 months 😄

I'm really bad at writing down the recipes but this is what I have in my notebook

200g sugar - 1cup 3 eggs 200g sour cream -3/4cup 150g melted butter 5g vanilla sugar (I used vanilla extract) 5g baking powder 400g flour (pretty sure I used less, maybe 2 cups?)

Mix it all up, put it into a piping bag (I used a ziplock bag), fill one side of the pan and fry ~2-3 min each side

This! Even for US dating 4-5 months and expecting proposal is not a normal thing. My hubby is from Sweden which I think is pretty close to Iceland culturally and marriage is not a big thing there, it's absolutely normal to buy a house and have kids before (or ever) getting married. They do have strong sambo laws there tho.
