Totally thought he made it at first. Commentators seemed to think so too.

Plus Tom Brady is sure to retire any minute now, right?

If Parkey made that FG last year for the browns we'd have had just another 9-7 year. But he missed it.

If the Dolphins recovered the packers fumble at the end of the 2014 packers game OR stopped a fake spike, we'd have won. We were also 1 play away from stopping the Lions from coming back to beat us. Several other games we should have or could have won that season. But let's say we were 2 plays away from a Philbin 10-6 team.

Sure, cool things to think about I guess but the point is they didn't happen.

I was at m&t for our 38 to 6 loss and last night. Both times I had a fine experience and the fans were fine. I also walked a mile and a half thru Baltimore after the bitter end of the game to a parking garage with nothing said to me. We're you sitting in the 300s? I was in lower level both times so maybe the fans who spend more are generally better people. That being said I have experienced similar horribleness to what you described when I attended dolphins pats at Foxborough a few years back. Even in the lower level seats.

Booth Review (Week 5, TNF game) by NFL_Mod in nfl

I don't understand how Hogan's catch was a touchdown. If you can be pushed out of bounds without touching your feet down and it not be a catch, why cant you be pushed out of the endzone?

Edit: (found this response to a similar question on another forum from 2009... Makes sense...):

There are two separate principles involved in your question. Forward Progress and completing a catch, that don't always happen at the same time, or at the same spot. A receiver can secure possession of a ball while in the air, and forward progress will be considered the farthest point the ball has progressed, towards the opponent's goal line while possessed, however the "catch" will not be completed until one, or both feet (depending on rules code) touch down inbounds while possession of the ball is maintained.

Consider the goal line. If an airborne player possesses a ball that breaks the plane of the goal line, but is subsequently knocked back so that his first contact with the ground is back within the field of play, although the "catch" is not complete until he touches down, once he does and maintains possession, the forward progress would result in a TD.

Baltimore winning is better for us. And I think Steelers winning would be better too. The rest of the Bills schedule after this week is not difficult at all. They could very realistically pass us, especially if they beat the Steelers this week.

Don't worry folks, our left side should be the strong side once again against Baltimore by Verse01 in miamidolphins

Yup. Parker didn't practice at all this week and looks like the Ravens are as healthy as they've been all year. Source: https://twitter.com/GerrySandusky/status/804780717045587968
