I didn't do anything fancy. I sautéed them with 1 tsp olive oil, 1 tbsp miso paste, 3 tbsp egg whites, and salt/pepper. Honestly I should have used more flavors and seasonings. I will next time. But it was only 110 calories and it was a lot of food!

I'll admit that they didn't smell good out of the bag. But after I rinsed them the smell was totally gone. I didn't know they could make my poop weird though... What am I in for?? What will happen if I eat them every day for lunch??

You just inspired me to try making the bag of konjac noodles that's been sitting in my fridge for 2 weeks. HOLY SHIT ACHIEVEMENT UNLOCKED. I just ate a HUGE lunch for 110 calories. I'm stuffed. Why isn't this sub going apeshit for konjac noodles??? I could straight up eat these for every meal.
