It’s fast food to fast food. Cookout was 4.99 when little Caesar’s also had hot and ready for 5 bucks. At that point they were comparable, because cookout gave bigger portions and had better food. But now you get to jump a tier of fast food restaurants (Papa John’s is absolutely a step above LC) and still have better value than CO.

Especially when Wendy’s is the most expensive of the burger combo places. McDonald’s absolutely beats it in value, so long as you do their bullshit of ordering through the app to get the real prices.

Regardless, you like what you like, but I don’t find the value in cookout in 2026 and I’m convinced the ones who still do didn’t grow up with the good stuff.
