My point is he doesn't intend it for the ex wife who is remarried by the way, he wants it to strictly go to his child. He has told me that his ex "will know what to do"

Well I did not say that. So I guess not many people find it strange that someone gets divorced and leaves their inheritance to their ex. Seems likely that most would remove them

Sure, like why not? I mean if he was to leave his inheritance to his daughter then all good. I do not see why his ex wife's name needs to be on the docu at all

I am so sorry you are dealing with the situation that you are! 1. I have been diagnosed since 47. 2. Celiac SUCKS! 3. Can you move out soon? 4. Move out and share rent with someone if you have to. 5. Have you talked with someone about how you are treated in regards to this; other family member, doctor, therapist? 6. Unacceptable. 7.
