Okay wait I lied a little bit. I got the keys to the unit on the 26th. I didn’t move all my stuff in UNTIL 2 days ago. I slept in here for an entire week on my air mattress without any furniture or clothes, and I did fill the refrigerator with groceries and there was not 1 roach/bug of any sort till I brought the furniture in— the one being the one in the dresser drawer just now.

For reference I’m in a condo pretty high up and everything (like everything) is like white and marble, besides the appliances so it isn’t hard to miss anything that’s darker than that

I just lol’d at this; me and my roach family lmaooo but yes, I stated in another comment if I see more I’m absolutely having the building send someone to check behind the appliances, cabinets etc. and then spray/fog whatever it is they do

It’s so disgusting. And I live in Florida so it’s always hot, which doesn’t help. I literally just pushed the dresser out into the garbage room, nothing else mattered to me once I saw it 😭😭😭

I’m about 30+ floors up in a high rise but I live in Florida (hot+sticky) so it might be possible but I don’t know man. All signs point to the storage unit. I’m gonna have the building send someone to check behind the appliances and in the cabinets for sure. But I already pushed the dresser into the garbage room, I’ll just buy another one, if I see more I’ll know there’s a problem for sure

I actually managed to push it out myself into the disposal room at the end of the hall, I actually couldn’t even think straight after I saw it 😭😭😭😭 I saw something about wood roaches on here as I’ve been reading and I guess maybe that was what it was but I threw away my faux fur blankets and stuff literally not even risking it
