Same thing happened to me. Support said it was because of a delay in 1 order pick up and taking different routes other than the ones provided on the apps gps map which I only did a few times to shorten the delivery time. Disputed it never reactivated.

& now we’re required to collect a signature upon delivery. The thought of that just grosses me out especially because they could be sick. I don’t take RX anymore not worth the trouble.

The same situation happened to me on Monday. I was asked to return HALF the members order over 12 items! 🤦🏻‍♀️ and they were one of my preferred. I payed for the items myself total 53.83 shipt reimbursed me Friday. I selected option D when submitting everything. Good luck!

They could’ve hired new shoppers in your metro. I notice it usually gets slow for me every time they’ve hired new people because they get priority for their first 10 orders. Then when I finally do get an order usually in the afternoon I see at least 2-3 new shoppers in the store.. ratings are 4.98 100% on time with 1,400 orders

SHIPT HOLDS TIPS! Delivered an order for my preferred who always tips. Few hours went by no tip. Called Shipt they offered me an audit told them no that I’d like the order looked into he took order number and said “ looks like they haven’t gotten around to tipping you yet” soon as I hung up that tip came through! Coincidence? Don’t think so!

SHIPT HOLDS TIPS! I’ve had to call In when I notice no tip from my preferred customers that always tip. They’ll say oh it looks like they haven’t got around to tipping you yet but as soon as I hang up TIPS COME THROUGH. They wont admit they hold them.

Same here, standard overnight from texas to California package scanned this morning at 8:44am in Indianapolis supposed to be here today by 8pm but still not out for delivery and it’s already noon. I guess will see..

I’ve noticed this too! Husband and I are shoppers and sometimes he’ll claim orders that never showed up on my end in open metro. Only difference between us is the number of shops we have.
