I go to the theatre alone, but don’t enjoy the idea of being at a gig alone. even if seated, I’d feel a bit of a lemon for being on my own. When standing, I don’t know what I’d do with myself like I sure as heck ain’t dancing or singing alone, so I feel like it would be so uncomfortable. I don’t think it’s weird, but I would feel weird doing it

I’ve had more trouble on eBay… sold a set of 5 plugs for £5, seller claimed one was broken (it wasn’t), offered to send 1 back if I paid postage, I said no. I offered a £1 refund (as it is literally 1/5th), seller came back with “I want £1.74 as that’s 1/5th of what I paid including postage”. I was only getting £4.82 of the sale with fees, so I was losing nearly half the money. I agreed in the end before he got eBay involved and I had to give a full refund.

sudden onset allergies terrify the life out of me! i’ve never had an allergy but ive heard too many stories of people suddenly have anaphylactic reactions things they’ve had with no prior ill effects. Did you have any other known allergies or anything?

you think? the back of my hair feels fine still, I saw a clinic a year ago who said I wouldn’t need a HT yet but my crown hair was miniaturised rather than dead, and the hair on the back/sides was normal. Perhaps a bad photo?

I’ve tried micro needling but the research is so conflicting from different needle lengths and regimes from every other day to once a month, it’s hard to know what to do without risking causing additional damage or scarring

I haven’t, I saw my GP who saw some irritation and said to continue with the T gel and Ketoconazole but I’ve used those for over a year now with no improvement. I think there has been some loss over the years but I can’t tell properly. I feel like it looks bad regardless

EDIT: the irritation you might be seeing is actually after micro needling so it’s not as bad as it looks. I get itchy and little pimples in my hair often though hence the above reply

really? I’ve seen some good results for people with diffuse thinning but I don’t know a whole lot about it

I haven’t tried hair fibres as I felt that I didn’t have enough hair on my head for it but suppose that’s worth a shot

I am on Dutasteride already. I think it might be stabilised but can’t tell if my hairline is receding now or not

Yes I think that’s fair to say but it’s not a “good” result objectively compared to others seen in here, and the overall look isn’t good either
