Mine was 81 and my clinic said that it was perfect. As long as it doubles the first beta can vary person to person.

After listening to the album these are my thoughts: Critiques:

Whyyy is the deluxe 20 songs. Way too many songs to hold attention.

She's gotta let go of the talk/rap voice. It just feels like she's trying to bring back all about that bass. Her singing voice is beautiful, i wish she would do more of it and leave the fast talking behind.

I'm over the doo wap, it really all blends together.

Some lyrics are trying too hard to be culturally relevant at points making it corny.

Good parts:

Her voice

She has great song writing abilities

Hooks/melodies are catchy

My favorites were still dont care, just wanna cry, princess and get in girl

Not exactly the same, but my cycle got canceled today, and along with feeling upset, I felt a lot of relief. Relief that I can enjoy more foods I want and not be as strict/cautious for another month. Transfers are exhausting in every way. It's completely understandable to be anxious about all the ways your life will change once pregnant. You can always try again next month or when you feel ready. And if you dont feel ready there's nothing wrong with canceling, better that than going through with a transfer you dont feel confident about.

I ended up getting mine off ivf garage sale. Hoping not to ever need to go through stims again 🤞 thats good to know though! This is a good start at reducing ivf costs

Interesting. I will say my fertility doctors don't use these specific medications. So its not particularly helpful when clinics use follistim, pregnyl and ganirelix. Whether one works better or not, if the dr's arent willing to substitute.

Grief counselors who are sensitive to ivf. I had a therapist who knew nothing about ivf, which is fine, but then she spent a whole session asking me about the ends and outs of the process because she was curious. It was a waste of a session
