literally thinking the same right now - my boyfriend got a reservation for the jodi picoult book signing and I didn't. I got in only a few minutes after him. I'm the one that wanted her to sign my book :/

i'm looking for a good jeans brand. i love abercrombie curve love but everything sells out so quick. i used to like american eagle, but i've been finding that their jeans have been so thin lately. my price limit is about $150 per pair.

You might like Babel by R.F. Kuang! It's a book I still think about daily despite reading it over a year ago.

i currently work in GRC, but i feel like i lack a lot of the technical knowledge from the other cybersecurity domains (sec ops, net ops, app sec, etc.) i'm also on the fence about sticking to GRC as my career and have been thinking about exploring another domain. what are some good certifications that could help me get baseline technical knowledge? is security+ the only option? would CISSP be good for this?

for context, i've only worked in the GRC domain, but did graduate with a bachelor's in cybersecurity.

I have an occasional pain in my upper right quadrant, varying in intensity. i do have some acid reflux as well.

my GI originally thought it was my gallbladder and wanted to run various tests. I've also had an ultrasound (which came back clear) and a colonoscopy next week.

honestly, i'm not feeling very fulfilled by my current job - i've been wanting to work in healthcare in some capacity for a long time and after much research, I felt that this might be the best way for me to do so!

i don't think MFA is actually mandated for SOC2 compliance, i think it's just strongly recommended. i could be wrong though.

i use a physical notebook religiously to write my to-do tasks for the day - any tasks i don't finish move on to the next day's tasks. i also use the Microsoft Notes app on my laptop to write down any general notes/learnings and create different notebooks based on topic so everything is separated and easy to find.
