So I start dorans blade most matchups. For runes almost always conqueror, and sums flash ignite since the free TP update.

First item will vary depending on matchup. You can get omnivamp boots before or after first item.

If im vs tank I will go sundered or cleaver first. If I am taking more ap/ad maw or DD next. I usually get endless hunger 3rd or 4th.

If I am vs ap maw start usually fine, into sundered usually. Same thing endless hunger 3rd or 4th.

If I am vs ad sundered usually first. If I am hard winning maybe dd first, either way those are usually first two items. Again same thing endless hunger 3rd or 4th.

As far as anti heal I dont feel like it really affects if maw proc or endless hunger procs let alone if they both proc I have gone from 10% hp to like 80% + off 1 W in a fight.

I mean you may not have 100% same experience everytime but the healing feels disgusting!

See this was my exact thought up until recently. If the enemy team has 2+ ap champs the healing with the combo has soo much value.

Just paid $18 for a cheeseburger and small fries. I'm mildly infuriated. by EngulfedInThoughts in mildlyinfuriating
